- What does Sortiq actually do?
- Sortiq connects to your Microsoft 365 mailboxes and works on the email as it arrives. It classifies and prioritises messages, drafts replies in your own writing style, runs the workflow rules you define, and screens incoming mail against threat intelligence feeds. You keep using Outlook; Sortiq changes what reaches you and in what order.
- Which email systems are supported?
- Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams and the calendar. The integration uses Microsoft Graph, so it works with your existing tenant and respects the permissions you grant it. Google Workspace and IMAP are not supported.
- How much does it cost?
- $10 AUD per month for the Premium Plan, which includes every feature listed on this site. There are no usage tiers and no per-feature upgrades.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. Billing begins when you create your account, and you are subscribed from that point. We would rather say so plainly than advertise a trial that does not exist. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account.
- Where is my data stored?
- On infrastructure hosted in Sydney, Australia. Your email content, classifications and audit history stay within that environment, and each tenant's data is isolated at the database level rather than only in application code.
- How do I cancel?
- Open the billing portal from your account settings and cancel there. Your subscription runs until the end of the paid period, after which access ends. We do not require notice or a phone call.
- How much access does Sortiq need to my mailbox?
- You authorise Sortiq through Microsoft's own consent screen, and it holds only the Graph permissions needed to read, classify and draft in the mailboxes you connect. You can revoke that consent from Microsoft Entra ID at any time, which cuts access immediately.
